Ferrari 430
Enzo Ferrari did not care for money, fame or even recognition. He rarely attended races. He had only one passion; to create cars that would win races.

Following the tragic February 14, 2018 Parkland Florida school shooting, a handful of courageous students refused to accept the “thoughts and prayers” narrative and took action. And so, March For Our Lives was born-the largest gun violence protest in history. Since then, those students helped pass 130 gun reform laws and create over 250 chapters across America. As November 3rd 2020 looms, March...

The story begins in 1959 when Sir Alec Issigonis designed the Mini. This small, urban, economy car became an instant success. However the Mini had bigger ambitions. Before long, with the help of John Cooper, the Mini Cooper S won numerous international races including the legendary Monte Carlo rally from 1964 to 1967. Thus, creating the giant that Mini is today.

The French weren't amused at its winning the Monte so made sure it was disqualified after having passed scrutineering!
The best versions were the Australian Police pursuit cars. Windup windows. Larger SUs. Hotter cam. And guaranteed to reach 100 MPH. I restored two. The best fun cars I ever had.
This is my new favourite video. ❤The fact that this is almost 4:30 long
This is a Superb insight into the Mini Cooper S ! a wonderful video....... thanks for putting it together ! Steve England
Thanks very much for this video. I discovered it several years ago searching for 911 73 rs content… and I frequently come back to it to get more than content about the car : i have been leaving in nice for 6 years and the area between Villefranche and Monaco will always be part of my life. You make it sublime in this shooting. But there is even more. The human story told brings it at the next level. And makes it emotional, authentic, human. Thanks very much for this generosity.
Thank you. Yes, this has to be one of the most beautiful region in the world.
!t is true , there is only one way to really put a smile on your face ------- back in the 1960s - and 70s - 80s -- not many people had a standard mini -------------- tuning , modifying -- was how it used to be ---------- only people of a certain age could understand ! to go out in a 1275 s in the l1960s was exhilarating -------- but unfortunately ------------ they were desirable to the criminal fraternity ----------------- i had TWO stolen !
The whole Video is Perfection❤🔥
Salamat po my dream car comes true.
I still have one of Them for 32 years the 1275 GT, I owned a porsche GT3 as well, But the mini is my baby ❤
These really are one of the "best kept secrets" in the car world, and they're still relatively attainable. I recently read an article in The New Yorker about hypercar owners (Bugatti, Pagani, etc.) and one of the guys listed off all the cars he owned, and one of them was a classic Mini. Minis have a racing heritage and pedigree that commands respect in serious enthusiast circles.
TLGMF Bellissimo ❤
Voted Car of The Century.. a unique concept . Enzo Ferrari had at least 3 of them, loved the cars and enjoyed driving around the mountains....that says it all. Above all FUN to drive.
My dream car here in the Philippines salamat po.
Amazing video!
There isnt another car like the Mini. Cant explain..
根強い人気がある車ですね🍀
Ah the elusive 6sp!
Very nice 👍
The only music I want to hear is the sound of that beautiful 2.7 litre twin-plug flat six...
Had the privilege of meeting John Cooper at his car dealership. Was the proud owner of a 1989 Mini with Swiftune 1380, 5 speed straight cut Jack Knight box, buckets, roll cage etc. wish I had never sold it!
What an amazing encounter that must of been!
@@philippebilly He has such a gentleman. He was happy to humour us with stories and tell us about his involvement with development of the ‘new’ BMW Mini Cooper. My brother in law who was with me, a mini purist, tried to tell John not to get involved in the new venture (humorously of course) and John took it in good spirits. I’ve got a photo as a memento of the experience.
Promo-SM 🔥
Nice car and nice Rolex .
Amazing car and road.
Wonderful video
Thank you!
Got to drive one at work a few weeks ago. Never been in a Ferrari and being handed the keys was an amazing moment. Such a blast.
Fun car indeed!
Nice! Ihope I will get to drive one before I die.
beautiful
Thank you for watching and commenting.
Great scenery and a great homage to a great car.... After a gap of some 50 years a Mini is now back in my garage. It's tastefully modified with a 1310 Avonbar engine and a few modern day creature comforts which weren't available back then. My son is a complete petrol head so I let him take it for a spin, at first he laughed at the prospect and didn't think he would get in it. 20 minutes later he came back with the biggest grin on his face and said it was the best thing he had ever driven - he doesn't stop talking about it. That to me is what the Mini is all about, simple seat of the pants driving which even in Cooper S form are pretty slow by todays standards but non of that matters. Like the Mini featured here, we always had a rear boot spotlight but they got banned a long time ago and what are those headlight straps all about? Very enjoyable video
What's behind you is the heart of the Ferrari. So yes, what's behind you does matter. From a certain point of view.
True!
Nice,good job
Thanks!
Amazin! Well done and beautiful car!
Thank you Mr. Faraut!
wow!! just wow, such a well made short film!
Thank you. Much appreciated. We love cars ;)
Absolutely stunning video!!!
We thank you for the compliment.
Incredible video. Well done.
I watched this 7 times in a row. There's a lot to process. From the beautiful scenery and one footage to the incredible story. I just wish there was a 2 hour long version of this including more of the owner who is quite an incredible enthusiast. Please release the long version. Surely there are hours of clips from the making of this way too short but fabulous video. Liked and subscribed. I can't understand the small amount of subscribers and views though. This is top notch stuff.
Thank you so very much for your kind words. We will keep making those films for people like you.
This a gorgeous video! Well done 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Can I ask how you filmed the shots from behind the driver’s seat? I had a mini as my first car, and I’m considering getting another and filming parts of a trip with it.
Thank you for your kind words. The shots from behind the driver were shot with a DJI action cam in 4K. The camera was secured to the role bar with a clamp. I hope you get a Mini. A truly exhilarating car!
I’ve always loved the Mini, I still run a 1275 S to this very day, quite simply, the best car ever made 👍🏻
My family emigrated to Canada from England in 1966 when I was 17. In 1968 my brother, who was a year older than me, bought the last generation of Mini Cooper S, which was the most powerful version. It was imported into Canada by a dealership called Sports Cars Unlimited, owned by a local car racer named Bill Brack. My brother had the dealership race prepare the car and my brother got his car racing license and he raced it at the few local racing tracks, including Mosport Park. It was a really fun car to both drive and race, and we both had lots of fun in it.
Thank you for sharing. It's so nice to hear real stories like this. Cars can have such an impact on people lives.
Gosh what happened to car design. We had stunningly good looking small european sports cars in 60s 70s and 80s.
Where was this filmed? Amazing roads. Amazing video!
This was filmed on the road to Peille from Monaco.
@@bpluscfilms thank you! I will have to visit one day!
It also won the Monte Carlo Rally in '66 but the cheating French bastards disqualified it for a ridiculous so-called headlight 'technicality' which disqualified every British car (not just the Minis who finished 1,2 &3 but also Roger Clark who finished 4th in a Cortina!) This enabled the 5th-placed Citroen to win.
Would be great if BMC started making modern classic minis and took instead of BMW . That would be something.
What a gorgeous car.
Indeed it is. A little jewel.
What a beautifully presented video of a totally awesome and timeless classic motor car.
Thank you, we are pleased you enjoyed the film.
Great video! I just traded one of my old rusty cars for an old rusty Mini! A little car Ive wanted since I was a little boy
