    I did not see the number on the cordless version how it compares with noise level. I thought other videos sounded high on the cord version, now with decibel level I can see cord version is loud.

    I brought the cord version this blackfriday for 199 Canadian dollar. The cordless one cost 399 seems not really worth for extra 200cad. I will make sure i wear noise cancelling headphone next time. Thanks for the video!

      As I think there is no big difference. Only because of the comfort side bought my wife and I’m happy with that because it’s really convenient for us. P.S. I’m not happy with the quality of this product. After only one year of using it the handle is broke and the bottom plastic was cracked.

    Who is going to vacuum/mop their floors with their ears on the floor or even half way down the product? As you can see in your noise test the noise levels dropped at you pulled the phone up higher towards ear level.

    How low a new model can go? Under bed for example

      Maria hay My wife saying that new one is better. The new one leave less traces, and better for angles. But model with the cord is sounds much more powerful I would say.

    The reason why the crosswave is louder is because it's actually more powerful You have to measure the decibel level up at your ear.

    • @sashamishin3386
      @sashamishin3386 Před 4 lety

      muzikmon2267 Sure, but how people can check the noise level if they don’t have both models? I personally choose new model. The power of new one more then enough. And the battery level just enough for my 1600 sq. Feet apartment with no carpets. So I did the comparison because was lost of what to choose from the market and wanted to help people... I don’t advertise anything )

      @@sashamishin3386 The version that's plugged in is more powerful and you don't have to worry about replacing a battery that cost a ridiculous amount of money.. The one with the cord not only is it more powerful it's also much cheaper.. I never have a problem with using corded anything.. I have electric snow blowers, lawn mowers, chainsaw etc .. Never have any problems with the cord.. courts are great if you know what you're doing... Etc....

      @@sashamishin3386 My whole point is you want to know how loud something is at your ear level.. So if one is a couple of DB louder than the other as long as it's not dangerous at ear level who cares..

      @@sashamishin3386 You also have to trust the manufacturer they cannot sell you something that's going to do hearing damage. They can be sued. The testing has already been done professionally in the labs.. So you know it has to be a safe level before it leaves the factory it has to pass all of those tests... ;)

    All these "reviewing channels" reviewing products that they've never even used or lived with for any realistic amount of time.. Whenever I see this, you immediately lose all credibility.

    Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for. My largest complaints for my current machine were how you clean it afterwards, cord length and it’s a bit loud. Was also interested to know if the roller size was the same width from one machine to the next since the description says the more expensive one is narrower - the brushes are actually the same size, but the narrower machine allows you to get closer to the wall. I don’t use the screen though and I empty the water into the toilet - since it handles solid waste much easier and won’t clog my drain or trash disposer in the kitchen. I think the latest size on the water tank is the same but the waste water tank is a bit larger. I hate having to empty it so often, combined with the short cord and having to plug and unplug so often - not convenient. Looking forward to trying the quieter cordless version!

    Thanks for the great comparison! Was wondering how much of a difference the new model would be and if it was worth the extra $$. I think that noise comparison test sold me on getting the newer model! How's the battery life on the cordless one? Also, the dirty water hair/debris catcher also comes on the older "pet" models
