Brad Jones was either incredibly gallant or Larry was so intent coming on to Pit Straight that Jonesy opened it up on the last turn . So much of this win was Larry's incredible ability to make such a tough racecar . If anyone had belief in their car , it was always going to be Larry .

You cant drive Jag V12 fast because the valve seats become loose and fall into the engine.....NEVER DRIVE A Jag V12 fast like a Ferrari!

I swear race drivers have an ability to slow down time, my reflexes would never allow my to do what they do. For Perkins to chat whilst pulling 300kph or there abouts is amazing, Brock had his arm on the door, Dicky convered like he was at a bar, the Captain, he could tell tales of far off lands as he pushed a Torana to its limits. There are many more, but they all have that one thing in common, the ability to slow down time.

LP is the best driver, ever! Was at the track for this race and the atmosphere was electric, specially in the closing stages.
