Officious and overbearing. But far more important than any of this - resistant to financial incentive. The League's political pressure ensuring the restrained bravery of AI inspectors momentarily waivers. And this is a problem that the free polities of the League cannot abide by, no matter the potential for mutual escalation. Kato's taskforce is expected to remedy this problem.

It's definitely not the most efficient build, but I enjoy it very much. There's something very exciting about being able to just brute force shields and hull under sustained Mjolnir fire. Which the Conquest does well.
