Did the box come with the drawer liners already in it?
@@justinskaggs3622 yes all the drawers come with that

@@GoingGh0st Just went ou this past weekend and lost my swingarm skid plate-_- time to order a new one XD
Helpful video!, but did you have to use that music? It makes me not want to view until the end.
@@joseabadie3677 this was a year ago I changed my videos up now sorry about that 🤣
can the emblem on the lid be removed? are both emblems sticky tape, any holes? thank you.
They both can the lid is just a sticker and the one on the front is just 3m putty stuff get a heat gun or blow dryer and they’ll come right off no holes or anything
@@GoingGh0st that is great news. appreciate you getting back to me.
Can the auto clutch make it whine loud?
Is the whining when you accelerate or just idling ??
I bought one. It has a new carb and petcock but it loses power and sputters only going up hills. It has me stumped.
Have you checked the valve clearances ?? If they’re outta speck it’ll do that and be really hard to start
Nice music😂
judder spring goes on as the 3rd piece not right after the first , after the judder spring goes the fiber with the larger inner diameter hole so thinner ring fiber , if using all full sized fibers no judder spring needed and clutch bolts get torqued to 5-7 ft lb , very easy to over tighten and mess something up
You do not need to take handle bars or the cluster out
Good Video , I Would Do Them Up They Are Collectors Bikes
I decided I defiantly will ! Just need to get a few projects out of the way first
Great video !
Another good way to flush is pull ur lower hose and flush it with water with abt 10% degreaser then run it for a few minutes drain and flush again with just water run a few minutes drain then refill with preferred antifreeze
Also get a non corrosive heavyduty coolant it’ll run cooler as well wont rust when you park it for extended periods.
@@StroDshiesty1 thanks for the tips I had no idea they made that ! I’m gonna be re doing the whole motor in this quad so I’ll be sure to pick some up when it’s up and running !

Great video....terrible music. Very good directions, but irritating beat.
Sorry about that 😅 I’m glad the video helped you out though !
PS: Thanks for the awesome videos!!
It ran great last summer...💯
Can you tell me where you ordered the carb rebuild kit for your 500 Polaris Scrambler? Mine is a 2004 4x4. Mine has oily-looking gas in the airbox, and is hard to start.
I just got it off eBay for like 15$ if I remember right ! But I did buy the float separate off eBay too. Mine had a similar problem of gas coming out of the air filter !
Good Video Man Concise and straight to it. 👍
I use 80w gear oil for the lt80 why use 10w40? I only use 10w40 on a 125 honda grom
From the research I did people use 80w or 10w-40 and I only had 10w-40 laying around I assume either ones okay
Thats probably a fair deal. That'll be fun for a kid to ride when you're done.
I’ve had mine since they first came out with them and I absolutely love it! Every bit as good as the Snap on!
Thanks I was literally just doing this and another video was no help. Like the mini cup/funnel combo.
What gear you in?
The end I was in 4th I have a older go pro so it makes it look slower then I was going 🤣

Silly to remove the badge. Really, you prefer the holes?
I prefer the more sleek look without badges just me though and the chest is stationary so I didn’t see any point to put the handle on
@@GoingGh0st not using the hand,e I get, particularly if there really is t enough room if you put it between two other stationary objects. But to me, and I suspect most others, removing the names seems a bit extreme. But these are yours so you can do whatever you want with them.

Hey, i just bought the same cart in gray. The workers helped me put it in the back of my suv on its side in the box. Do you know the best way to get this thing out of my car ?
I had it in my truck and just got another person slide the end out and lowered the end first at an angle then pushed the top out
@@GoingGh0st thanks 🙏
I didn’t know us general made a purple
They just came out with it not too long ago
1:52 the pliers are NWS pliers and so those are nade in Germany as are most NWS pliers..But the Sonic Tools aren't made in Germany..Mostly nade in Taiwan with certain tools nade in Germany and Czech Republic Personally I feel they're overpriced for what they are. You can get the fame quality for half the price from Gearwrench and Tekton and similar level tools
I was thinking about getting this
I own a few sonic tools and dude They’re the best for the price!! When Chrisfix introduced them on his channel I was stoked to buy one day. Definitely looking to buy more down the road too 😊
Same here I try to only buy sonic now
I just got mine out of the dumpster behind Harbor freight, the one by me throws away alot of scratch and dents this one I got was dented at the top lid pretty bad it took me a while to get it fixed back up but I wasn't really interested in closing the lid. But for free you can't beat it. Sooner or later I'm sure i'll get another one and just replace the lid
Can’t beat that !! I had no idea they threw stuff like that away
I always take my tools down a flight of stairs before use 😂😂😂
Then this wouldn’t be the tool box for you 🤣💀
@@GoingGh0st I do love that box and that color! Thanks for the vid!
Great color! I just ordered one yesterday. I got the slate grey color. Purple looks good!
Slate grey was my second choice! I got the rolling cart by them in that color and I love it
Type F. ATF
Could you review the sonic tools I was thinking about buying the basic set
I’m in school so I get 35% off
I’ll upload that tomorrow !
czcams.com/video/Vo0Gjv49Bvo/video.html just posted!

Would like it more if the drawers were varying heights
I think the drawers are fine I haven’t had any tools that wouldn’t fit besides some power tools
I have had mine for about a year. I'm just a weekend warrior, do car repairs at home. I roll mine out into the driveway sometimes and had no issues. It has been a great box so far.
What color did you get ??
i have a 03 scrambledoo 500 carb leaks from what looks like to be the fuel drain. i want to see if i can get away with taking out the airbox and pulling the carb out. ill see if it works
Same thing happened to me on my YFZ. As soon as you turn the fuel on it’s a constant leak. Check the float to make sure there’s no gas in it and it floats, if that’s fine it’s probably the float needle or bowl that’s not shutting the gas off
@@GoingGh0st i cleaned it yesterday i think there was dirt making it not screw in all the way. and it didnt leak for the rest of the day i checked on it this morning and right back to leaking
@@kollinspencer847 I would buy a carb kit and replace the bowl o ring and the float needle etc. they’re like 10$ on eBay
@@GoingGh0st yeh i want to get a mikuni one i dont like ching chong carbs and parts
Have you removed the axle at all? I had trouble with the roll pin on the inner side of the axle shaft to replace. Could have been me punching it the wrong way but i never was able to fully remove and replace. Im doing spark plug soon, getting a bit of backfire hoping thats it. Keep videos coming i have same machine
Watch the second half of this video and I explain how to take the rear axle out I did it to replace the disc czcams.com/video/JzFDLBHzhk4/video.htmlsi=yQ_Rqt2RyYQhWU2o Also watch my first video on jetting it sounds like yours might be running lean if it’s backfiring I showed a jetting chart in it
The Jetting video czcams.com/video/wyWJp9sr5JI/video.htmlsi=SRY7SFyESYuf7JhZ
What was the part number for the o ring that went on the shifter ? I got the gasket part number but u didn’t show the o ring number
I didn’t end up using the o ring just put the rubber gasket and that’ll stop the leak
Perfect timing on the upload! Now I know how to do the replacement on my YFZ.
There’s not to many videos on how to and releasing that parking brake bolt I struggled with until I figured it out
I've been looking at that FM screen replacement part. Did removing the OEM backfire screen help with power ?
I’m not sure about the power but the throttle response is way better now you would defiantly notice it
@GoingGh0st Thank you, sir.
Mine is leaking from that little drain spot on bottom , now after carb kit it only leaks while it's running from that same spot
Did you replace the float needle ?? The carbs not shutting the gas off so it’s coming out the over flow basically so replace the float needle and possibly the bowl it goes in and that should stop it
Yes I replaced that , is there a way check if the float needle is bad before installing it
@@wmack7283 if you look at the tip it should be pointy and still rubbery not dry but sometimes the ones in carb kits don’t fit properly and cause that. Same thing happened on my yfz I replaced it with a new one and it wouldn’t seal so try putting the old on back in and see if it leaks if it still does I’d remove the bowl it sits in and order a new one with a new needle possibly
Mine is purple with a snake skin seat
What oil did you use for trans side
The same as the motor dirt bike oil 10w-40 you wanna use one that is for wet clutch’s regular car oil is too slick and will cause clutch slips
@@GoingGh0st Ok thanks and please post more on the 150
Sheesh. You can tell Polaris didn’t put any thought in easy access for repair and maintenance. Lol.
They definitely had no regards for the people who fix these things 🤣
