When Phlegmming and Leah were observing this, it’s clear that Phlegmming barely acknowledges Shane at all when by checking the current view before Leah saw the disappointed look on Shane’s face, he doesn’t care what she thinks. And if he knew about the argument they had later, he would’ve dismissed it as “She doesn’t want to go, her loss.” Like he also wouldn’t care if no one came and supported Frank, that’s just low.
