Not much different than last years, back to doing the easy kiddies track as the hard course got cancelled again, which turns it into a easy sprint down the gravel roads, slightly quicker this time at 1:25:28 . Now that thats over with I can get back into some boating again.

Heres a few lessons from the hollyford trip, carry more spares than you need, be prepared to stay overnight of longer if you have to be rescued, put everything into dry bags and tie it to the boat , have some spare parts for the impeller, carry plenty of fuel and food and remember these boats always float If you are looking for an Inflatable outboard jet talk to Graeme at www.outbackboats.nz/ a...
Practice run for the kayakers for the coast to coast

Heres a little taste of what happened on the practice run for the kayaking section for the Coast to Coast, there is a lot of people in the background making this all happen and a lot of highly skilled rescue people all along the river to recover anyone in difficulty, roll on the Coast to Coast longest day on the 10th of Febuary next year

Coming back from our trip away down south with the last hurdle to get through.This bit of the river is called the hidden falls on the Hollyford river, most jetboaters will fly their boats by helicopter both ways, or winch the boats through the bush .However is pretty easy to boat ,the obvious line wasnt the right choice to take , it didnt take long to work it out. Outstanding Goat! Don't know what is better...the scenery and the beautiful Wakatipu and Dart River countryside or your excellent job of the music from the Be Good Tanya's...would just love that sound track alone. Even though I love the song...love the extended instrumental! We're lucky to live in such a stunning place. Keep them coming...a true MUST watch! 10/10 marks!

gave up on all the mini boat stuff three years ago,have been selling of all the spares, motors , intakes, and peices that I had, no more sheets of aluminium left the pulse mig is the last thing to go, just needed a change after doing it fot 15 years

yes it is , launched at lake Haupiri went down then up the Ahaura was hopiing to get up to the mid trent hut but nearly no water

Yes it is, steers better, handles the whitewater and the shallows a lot better, passengers dont get wet any more , its a completley different shape underneath
