That LG cell is a 3.72V nominal, 4.30V max charge cell. Why is that important? The minimum voltage is 3.0V. TP4056 will only go up to 4.20 plus or minus 0.05V which is fine but this thing lacks output protection and most output protection is meant for cells that go down to 2.5V or 2.75V. No clue what that Sanyo is so unsafe to charge them both up to 4.20V

you need to make some changes. the input wires from the converter should be sodered to the output terminals of the charging board. if not you have no overdischarge protection and will kill the batterys at first use
