Thanks for this. This has recently happened to me. It’s a surreal feeling as you’ve been wanting to hear from them and so this breadcrumb of attention means a lot, but it shouldn’t etc. I’m debating on blocking him as I want to get over him and the situation; his viewing of my stories only gives me an adrenaline rush and harbors in me a false hope when I need to go cold turkey. These answers seem to be true for an older 30+ mom. My first kids were when I was a teenager/early 20s! You don’t have any of these problems as a young mom!!! It’s unfortunately just a trade off!!! Birth will be harder too but you’re in a better place to take care of a baby at an older age.
