Just got my TCL from Amazon here in Japan (Samsung is not widely available here or after seeing this video I might have got one of those instead). I'm curious about the TCL model I've got though. Model number is QM8B, which is listed as an Amazon JP exclusive model. The specs are shown the same as the C755 which is what is available in all the stores. After connecting it to my Google account I receive an email telling me to finish setting up my TCL G08. So, in the end I've got no idea what TCL America model it is closest to. Any idea? Price on Amazon... 110k yen... about $770 USD, and I'm loving it. Anyway, thanks for putting up such informative videos.

There is only 300 euros difference where i am so shall i buy the s95d or s90d 65 inch for gaming on ps5 and pc i play 4k max settings so couldnt decide which one is better for me for gaming only

That's exactly what I was talking about the other time to Samsung sellers, Samsung until QN9FN 2018, the blacks were almost OLED, without blooms or anything... maybe they were not the brightest in nits... but the contrast and blacks were very precise .. since the QN90A and until today, they are basing it only on Nits... which is the TV with the highest nits and saying it is the best... wtf? and they added the minileds... the minileds ruined the deep blacks by adding blooming to every TV that uses it... in exchange for what? of brightness? Who wants so much shine if their black ones with blooming are shit... Samsung is another like Sony... at least in the 43 and 50" models in Samsung series 9 since 2020 they are good... but from 55" onwards they are a bullshit... as for deep blacks...

Just got a new lg qned 90t mini led. Probably not the best but not to bad. If you try one let me know what u think .

it's useless to make comparisons with CZcams videos, if then when you want to watch Netflix the apscaling processor sucks(samsung) 🤣, Sony A95L is still the king of televisions tahnks the processor XR, you should have used it and not the Bravia 9 which is an LED...

yes Q should we update the firmware for the s90d. I love my s90d money well spent. Im waiting to see the S95E for next year in 77in hope it's worth the wait if not I'm buying another S90d in 77in. Thanks for helping me pick the right tv

I prefer that little blooming of the Sony exaggerated with your camera than the horrible visible banding of Samsung S95D in near blacks and also the OLED burn-in and eye fatigue that Samsung TVs produce with their horrible PWM, Sony TVs produce less eye fatigue than other brands and nobody ever mentions that.

I’m late but I was right on 3/4 on guessing I got the TCL & Sony and was right on which tvs are Samsung but switch the numbers 😂 As for getting the tv unfortunately I’m on a budget because of public events I’m going to, so I will have to go with TCL QM8 instead of S90D

I dont have any of these tvs.... but every review ive seen on the G4, the colors look amazing and vivid compared to the ones youre showing here. Cant trust anyone nowadyas 😂😂😂

A HDR capable tv or monitor is far superior to SDR. I have an Alienware 4k oled and I can't go back to gaming in SDR if a game has HDR.

I will say KG seems like a nice dude and all but I knew he was full of it when I used his Bravia 8 settings that didn't really make sense and made the image look like total ass. Took the bravia back forna s95c and now thinking of returning the 95c for the 90 D. Real talk... is it truly worth it to exchange the 95c for the 90d? Only got a couple days left in my return window.

Dam I really really like your videos. And on other videos, you were singing the praises hi hello sideways whatever for the TCLQM8 but now all of a sudden it seems like it turned into a pile of crap compared to the Samsung. I know the Samsung is better. You also pay a lot more but it seems like all of a sudden you do not like anything about the TCL QM8. So what happened? Did the TCL turn into a pile of junk overnight or just for this review?

In your defence, wouldn't it be even better to show examples which show how the Bravia 9 lost to another Sony LCD, such as the 900E, so no one could argue that the A9G was an OLED?

Sounds like it bought one. Is not happy it's not best on the market. Save money by TCL QM8 or spend a good amount get samsung oled. Simple.

After watching them both, I’ve learned what to look for and wishing what an image would look like and I’m seeing what I wish I had with color. That’s wild! Good comparisons. Je n'ai jamais vu un comparatif aussi nul il est évident que ce monsieur fait exprès et désavantage le sony bravia 9 mais qu'est ce qu'il vous à fait ce B9. Ne l'écouter pas le B9 est un téléviseur incroyable presque au niveau des moniteurs Sony lcd, évidemment que le noir d'un oled est meilleur mais le B9 est époustouflant le grand public ne verrait pas ou peu de différence c'est tout simplement la meilleure TV mini led du marché. Votre avis n'est pas du tout objectif je déconseille de l'écouter à nouveau. De plus il joue avec l'obturateur de la caméra en sachant que le b9 est beaucoup plus lumineux forcément sur la caméra on perçoit les couleurs pâle. N'importe quoi c'est scandaleux pour tout les personnes passionné qui tombe sur cette vidéo d'imposteur oulalala.

Il faut vous renseigner car le mode FPS a été créé pour les jeux FPS comme call of duty pour mieux voir les ennemis et dans l'obscurité c'est un choix de ne pas respecter la qualité d'origine le bute de ce mode n'est pas d'avoir la meilleure qualité possible mais de mieux voir ou tiré.

IMO the qm7 would have done better because the qm8 seems a little dimmer and has a slight blue tint.

i have the 55inch ug8 ive had it since day one when it came out and ive used it for gaming ever since then.... next im going oled though for sure. i want smooth frames again lol but the u8g still has a dam good picture to game on until then for sure
