Yes! It should still function. As you said it will be removed from the store and the link will no longer be available. However, if the app is already been downloaded it will remain on the users iPhone or iPad. Assuming the applications backend and database, if it has any, are still operational - then the application should still work for those users. We hope this helps!

If the app is deleted from the store, can it be re-downloaded to other iPhones using an Apple account that has downloaded it previously? Because sometimes I can still download deleted apps from the purchased section

This is a great question, we are not completely sure how this would work. We have not experienced this scenario yet with unlisted apps. However, we can try and look into this more!
