It is bo1 bro. Anything can happen. One losing draft and early game mistake and they might be fucked. His team also isn’t far better than everyone else either on paper.

@@oreoyo5639 they are… Agurin iat one if the best junglers in the world. Nemesis is the best Midlaner in the tournament. Drututt is the best toplaner in the tournament. Riku is a challenger adc with competetiv experience and superelchi is „only“ grandmaster with 600lp because she doesnt play as active as she used to. The only team that has a chance on paper is Alois team but all of those are OTPs. On Paper Agurins team has to win.

@@derultnerlp9319 You say all of those are one trick as if that matters that much in non fearless. 2 of them will get their one trick or an op meta champ. It is a bo1. We seen even some of the best pro play team in world lose a bo3 to bottom feeder in their region before not to mention bo1. In bo3, they are favorite but bo1, shit can go wrong pretty easily. Agustin is insanely good at solo q but he isn’t anything exceptional in competitive from watching him play especially considering there are some ex pro player in jungle role as well not to mention one trick that might get their champ.

Drut was going AfK in one of the Games with the Supp, bc he got Griefed in Draft and the in the Game as well from an (according to him) cheating Yuumi Mid. So he saw no Point playing, honestly understandble so. The Sup then made a Twitter Post about how bad he is cuz of AfK, not even mentioning the Yuumi.

The guys who set up the tournament allowed them to play together as long as they were assigned the 2 players they considered to be one of the weakest in adc/sup. But yeah that team is looking good regardless.

I dont like Agurin cause he got insane ego ever since eng streams but you have to admit he is multible times teh level of aribo even in soloq + he has experience playing semi professional 5 stack no way you can compare them and also no way agurin doesnt adjust his play from soloq to this

I've played with/against Agurin and Aribo multiple times, I know exactly how big the difference is between them and their adaptability ingame, but their playstyle is very identical. Problem was Aribo really got flamed far too much, and I guess it was just the running meme of the tourney to dump on Aribo for the lulz but people took it too seriously, when honestly he wasn't playing very bad at all. And honestly, Agurin deserves to have some ego after proving himself in Korea and defining the jungle meta all by himself for like what, 6 patches in a row? 0 cd J4, bruiser KZ, Brand jungle, every champ this guy touched broke the meta for months at a time and I'm happy he got the attention he deserved because I've always thought he was one of the best soloq junglers in EU.

⁠@@bos7522well bruiser kha was a thing before Agurin it’s just the playstyle he choose. Aribo did deserve the flame though he legit wasn’t thinking about any proactive plans and just full clearing. He even taxes wave over solo laners when they can catch . Last two games of the Nno he really changed it up and carried though

See: /watch?v=1IndebWLqdw And I disagree that he deserved flame, the only flame he deserved was for arguing about bad plays during games; when he was fed on his main champs and making proactive calls, nobody was listening to him. When Nem and Drut are fed they get pissed off that Aribo doesn't play around them, but when Aribo is fed nobody plays around him. Check back to every game they played past their 2nd scrim, Aribo was making a lot of calls and nobody was paying attention to him. Even if it's a bad call, having only half ur team commit to a call will always make it bad, but if 5 players commit to a bad call it could very well work out. It's in the past though, it all worked out in the end and he redeemed himself imo.
