Mine just came in the mail it has 200 I’m trying to grow my hair back out. It says adults take two but I’m 16 so I mean I feel as long as you’re over 12 because that’s what it says on those bottles as an adult age
I would suggest starting out with one because the gummies did cause me to breakout slightly. However, if you decided to take two a day make sure you drink plenty of water! Whatever you feel is best for you of course :)

@@BrokeBougieAndCreative I swear when lace hit the scene it was over with for the natural leave out. I agree with you in regards to the hair density of extensions. I found that I would prefer 3 bundles of 22inches (for example) over 18,20,22inches for that exact reason. Listennnnn, I know the Bobbi Boss is hitting lol. I love to see it!
