Pretty good, sounds like you need to quantize a little cleaner, some instruments are slightly falling behind. Other than that, your mixing could use some improvement, think you need more reverb on the pads. Definitely more reverb on vocals. Try adding a delay throw in for vocals too, instead of you singing the echo. Great cover though!
