o7 to those who are nurse/doctors

personally I hate being in hospital and I tend to get impatient and start crying and freaking out if I’m stuck in the emergency department for too long, but I’d never take it out on the nurses. The worst thing I did to the nurse was just whisper and cry “please let me out of this hell hole” while holding my face in my hands, I’d never full on attack them. Some people are so out of line considering they are hurting the people trying to help them. Disgusting how they can just take doctors/nurses for granted. I’m not an angel, but attacking someone is just lowkey insane. I can be difficult - absolutely. But assaulting someone who is trying to help you is insane.

I always try to act my best when I’m in the hospital, whether I’m in pain or just having a checkup, now I feel proud of myself for doing so knowing staff struggle with these types of people, I hope things become better for yall

My moms a nurse and I can tell you everytime she comes back home she is TIRED AF the scratches are from patients because idk they get aggressive when they are in alot of pain i think its like reflexes from ur body or idk

This is way too common in Turkey, to a point where we can't find any doctors for a simple check up and so many doctors are leaving the country. The government isnt any help because they don't care about our doctors or nurses literally getting abused at work daily. The president literally said "Eh, they can leave, they're betraying their own nation anyway" and yeah, it's not a good time here
