Hakone is famous for its fog. Because it is high up, clouds often form along the sides of the mountain. Even on a sunny day like the day I filmed, you can still be in the fog.

The terrain is very hard for building roads so they stay in this very narrow form. A kei car makes it much easier to driver these roads, since they are small and manoeuvrable.

How to get Turbo Noises from Your Kei Car for FREE

Quick, easy and FREE. All you have to do is swap the two air lines that go into the blow off valve. One will be boost pressure from the Turbo, the other is a vacuum line. If you swap these, you get turbo noises. Works on quite a few kei cars. They're pretty standard, so there is not very much variety in the parts used. A rainy night that turns into snow when climbing Japan's steep mountain roads. Late night on weekdays, there's not any traffic on the pass, except for a snow removal vehicle. This is the first time I have featured this car, my Mitsubishi Pajero Mini. The Turbo is surprisingly loud, with a lot of flutter.

Continuing from the previous video, today's video is a costal drive. I take my Mazda MX-5 through to Atami city on the coastal toll road. Atami is well known as a beach and hot springs resort that is accessible from Tokyo both by bullet train and by car, so there are many large hotels for a town of this size.
