Marco is such a gentleman!!! I first saw him on Masterchef Australia and he has not changed a bit!!! A lovely person, great observer and top class Michelin CHEF!!!! You are great, despite being a Pommy!!!
Seems like his teeth would throw the taste off.
The Biltong will be stuck between his teeth long enough for them to all rot out because he's afraid to change dentists. His vocal tonalities indicate that he should have replaced Ian Dury and become a HOME COOK !!! (While not out on tour with the BLOCKHEADS !).
The only reason he liked the taste of these South African dishes is because they were all seasoned with Knorr Chicken Stockpot

Love Marco, bumped into him in the cotswolds he was sat outside a pub enjoying some wine and he was one of the nicest people I've met, chatted about Rock and Metal of all things haha!

some times this guy seems like he is chatting balls but once you properly listen he is a genius
Recreate all these dishes in 3 simple steps: Take your hat. Put a KNORR stock pot in it. Start believing and wait for the magic.
