Brother, if the bike is giving mileage of 20KMPL it's hurting the combustion chamber in a bad manner, I'll suggest dismantling the carburettor, reed valve and the cylinder, and getting it fully cleaned! Carburettor tuning is to be done by some experienced mechanic, it should kick around 35KMPL mileage.

The oil pump of the bike is working all good, you may have seen the oil tank, that its full, secondly I make the engine run on more oil, thats why the muffler is wet... :)

@@adnaankhan More oil means if I am not wrong Cat models used to have 5 Yrs warranty on Muffler by YAMAHA and factory setting was 20ml 2t per litre....so these models developed Block Noise early. Secondly I have replaced my cat Silencer as the 2t pump pushed 55ml 2t oil and muffler got chocked. Now after replacing the muffler with RX100 I am using 30ml premix. The pump is running dry.

@dipayanmukherjee3907 I appreciate your knowledge sir, yes you're totally right in 20ml per litre ratio, and also right with the cylinder noise, as the cat create a back compression from it, which leads to piston acting crazy! I use around 60ml per litre, so that my std bore keeps running, it gives me goosebumps that i still have the 2002, with std block.

Thats on the OEM fitting! And the wheel just goes up and down vertically, there is no scene of horizontal movement, so it does not matter. :)

Yes thats why the muffler is placed, and eventually the throw of the exhaust is enough that its not getting in contact with the wheel.
