Nobody is forcing anyone to buy EVs, but ICE cars are forcing everyone to breath toxic fumes! If you have a smart phone, use digital pictures, have a smart TV or use a streaming service (Netflix, Disney+, CZcams, etc.) you will happily buy an EV if you need another vehicle in a few years, by that time they will be cheaper and better (actually they already are)

The CaFCP did not "spend $5M to $6M of tax payer money to build a "green" hydrogen station" since they do not build stations. Toyota did not "bully them out of business" since they still exist (now known as H2FCP) and since they didn't build a $5-6M station. Toyota does not make hydrogen out of methane because they don't make hydrogen. "They crushed the University out of existence", which I think he's referring to the CalStateLA 60 kg station that was never meant to be a highly used publicly accessible station. "So there's a total effort from Toyota to monopolize the hydrogen resource." Huh? Hydrogen comes from Air Products, Linde and Air Liquide. This lawyer doesn't seem to know anything about the history or the current reason for the state of the infrastructure. I can't see him winning a case against Toyota.

After taxes, fees and EV rebates (federal + state), I was able to lease my M3 Highland for $125/mo for 3 years. Not too shabby for a $42k car lol. Sucks we can't purchase it at the end of the lease though. I'll probably end up buying the 2027 M3 when I have to turn this one back in. I love it so far, just wish I got it in blue.
