​@@dpmtb2020no worries mate, I trimmed 800 down to 780 for same reason for my local woods, somehow that tiny amount stopped me catching my bars and still plenty stable!

It is a scary one, but feels good and well built, you will get it 💪👊

It is indeed a wonderful learning facility, although it does get very boggy in places, I took kids there a couple days later and it was much wetter, we will be visiting it regularly now as it is the closest place to us.

he makes a valid point, hardtail plus jank equals reduced control, increased fatigue and overall less enjoyment. I’d rather adjust a shock than fix a flat.

@@caseyrimdinger3220 true but my riding is pretty smooth, even on a hard tail, my partner also rides, but she can't hope to keep up as she can't go as fast past the tree roots and rocks. Plus I'm part of the 'If you go quick down the hill you'll be halfway up the next before you even need to think of pedalling, school'

That's a good question, I'm really not sure, I was on a hardtail but got put in group with everyone else on full suspension bikes, so this place don't really mean anything
