How do you get the decal cut out on the frost film?

I’m thinking of bringing my car in to get tinted! This would be my first window tint, think I’ll be fine with Xpel black compared to plus?

It’s been fascinating watching you guys grow and evolve! Couple more questions: I haven’t seen as much ceramic coating work in the Day in the Life episodes. Do you guys do a lot of coating work? If not is it something you are not geared up to do or something that you plan to do more of? I have seen some shops use coating work to keep a steady stream of annual maintenance on coatings which also then leads to upsells or just getting more FaceTime with the customer base. Honestly I’m not as knowledgeable about how coating work fits with your business model or with your existing suite of services. If you’ve decided coatings aren’t something you’re selling or emphasizing why is that? (Long one sorry bout that) Expansion: Is expanding the Tritek business geographically something in your long term plans? If it is, what sort of things do you need to put in place or achieve to start bringing that outcome closer to reality? Is expanding something important? I know you might have mentioned that you were beginning to add more systems and processes in the front office, how is that coming along? Sales: Random question, do your guys have business cards (not necessarily personalized) to create leads when your people are off work doing their outside of work life? Example they are getting lunch somewhere and it’s super hot in the restaurant or bright and can mention they work for a place that sells solutions to that sort of thing. Or is it one of those things that doesn’t make sense to do?

Message of the week topics: You mentioned that you should have made the move to the bigger shop a few years ago, what changed more recently to get you to move to the bigger space? Was there something holding you back on moving or was it something you didn’t really see because you’re busy with the day to day of running things? Are there things you’re going to do to pick up on and then act on things that might be more helpful to get done sooner? 2) when you were first establishing your brand with folks, how did you get in the door or get prospects to try your services out? Like dealer window tint or commercial flat glass or ceramic coatings? 3) why did you decide to invest in making a weekly “Day in the Life?” Why have you been so consistent with it and doing it in a high quality way?

Wow! It really is something once you see everything in action in the new shop! 🔥 There are so many aspects that have really come together and the attention to detail shows. The lifts look great (including the metal sheets under them) and the lack of back pain will go miles to keeping the ppf work rolling and done even better. I do like that you got each one of your guys a blue tool box that they can take pride in and just show that you are all stepping up your game to the next level. The color palette and spaciousness of the work area is quite impressive and works well looking in from the camera. Hat tip to your wife with all the furnishings and color choices that sort of pull it all together. Mad respect for taking the next step and bringing Tritek to the next stage in its evolution.
