So you have an MR2 that runs 7s lol and on cleetus race you can see the timing system started early or they just took off that late but there lights were green for a while before cleet took off

Cleetus was being generous and gave a few people the hit to make things closer.

Track really wasn’t in the best of shape.

That is actually super typical for fast radial tired cars. They can’t get down on hot, greasy tracks. They need optimal track conditions to hook up.

@@Hole_Shot_Media- Was it due to being hot out or just lazy track people? If it wasn’t super hot out that shouldn’t happen in a private track rental.

@@danmyers9372 There was a BIG group of “fun run” participants racing on street tires. Between that and the track staff not doing their best to prep is what caused the poor conditions.

Every car in the finals is fast, theres no room for mistakes... all day garret was running 8.0s and Kyle was running 8.30s. Kyle turned it up for the final, made a clean pass, and garret had to peddle twice.

Yeah the 2nd pass ever in a new build will do that to ya...

Good comfortable daily. I’m sure. You most likely just can’t afford one.

Never made sense to me why there were never more built 03/04 Mach 1's for drag racing. Everything is there for it. Aluminum block 4.6, same heads as the Cobra, solid axle, auto transmission option. Maybe it was because of the Terminator that is why. I remember reading how many builders and racers said the WAP aluminum block was not strong enough to handle 1000+ hp but that has been proven wrong. Those blocks can handle 1500+ hp with proper internals.

@@Hole_Shot_Media It was stuff from last year at National Trail Raceway. I'm super behind because I record more than I can post. Top Alcohol is the highest sportsman class for what I cover. Still makes your soul leave your body for a minute though.

No idea how you missed it lol. Fore fuel system, 2.74 upper, 10% lower, Blower bearings but NOT ported, IDX1300 Injectors, Out Front Race Fuels E85.

@@RaceGasSmellsGood I'd like to hit 9.5 as a goal. If 9.4 happens i'll be over the moon. Going to need that fall air to make it happen though. I don't see a need to make it any faster than what it is. It's a great car to just jump in and drive wherever and I don't wan to lose that.

From my understanding not being able to tune the transmission it holds the car back quite a bit.

I can't remember the build on the motor. But this was a stock trans/convertor
