I recently got deactivated without any kind of warning. My standing was great. The only reason I could think of was February 8th at the VCA4 warehouse a lot of people were having problems with the app not displaying the itinerary so we had to return a lot of packages. When I reached out to flex support the only reason they gave me was I was not being respectful or professional and I don’t understand where that would come from as I rarely see customers. I was advised to ask gigwhiz to get me my account back. I was able to log back in in 2 hours after paying

These directions have not worked for me. I have been in communication with customer service at AfterPay since April and the matter is still not resolved. It is now June. I have made the payments, sent over proof of payments in the form of my bank statements and all of the proofs they have requested. I have not heard back from AfterPay in over 30 days with a resolution. I hate to report to the Better Business Bureau. But even one customer service rep at AfterPay was very disrespectful, requested that I make a double payment, and hung up on me. The next representative has not returned my calls or emails in over a month now.
