I don’t want to be rude or anything, but cutting ends doesn’t do much. Your hair grows from the root, so cutting your end will just make you feel your hair is growing longer by putting it into a cycle of long to short. Leave in conditioner all throughout your hair, oil on the ends to help protect them from getting dry, and using a hair growth oil in your roots can help to increase growth and keep your hair moisturized and healthy! No need to cut your ends as long as you put in the effort to keep them healthy. All your other tips work well, just wanted to clarify ❤

Sorry I was listening tot he video and commenting after the fact... could you try egg yolk rinse on one half of head compared to the egg white rinse on the other and see if there's a difference?? I have tried a whole egg and egg yolk and I'm curious if someone else sees a distinction....
