DECAPITATED - IMPULSE - DRUM COVER
I was really digging that crazy intro, and decided to learn the rest of the song, Decapitated is really specific and unique regarding drum composition. Some part I play are quite far from the original (the skank beat in the middle) but I like it that way and it doesn't change the song vibe. It was so challenging to keep the groove and don't fail the last part of the song! I did an other take and missed the last break of the song, I was so disappointed, trying to do the perfect one shot can be really frustrating sometimes. Once again there is no trig, no samples and no edit.

Génial! J'adore ce morceau, y'a de belles pépites sur Anticult et ce morceau en fait partie! La question de l'endurance avec Decapitated, j'imagine que c'est le coeur du sujet.
Alors sur ce morceau oui mais pas en mode double pédale longue durée, plutôt tenir et rester concentré pour la dernière partie, c'était surtout ca le soucis ! Sur une des prises je me suis loupé sur le tout tout dernier break du morceau, la haine :p

very cool, but I think some of the cameras are out of synch.. the top view is on point, but one of the front views seems to be one beat off
I just checked, you're right! Usually in the software I try to match cameras and with a snare rimshot, but could have been smarter to check with the first impact on that camera. Will do better on the next shooting :) Thanks for your compliments anyway!
@@clementdenys Yeah, I noticed with the cimbal hits, because I'm not a drummer and that's where it' most noticeable to me, I guess maybe an oldschool clap in front of the video would also go a long way to fixing that 😅 I know that at least part of the creators out there still do it, so it must not be completely outdated 😅
