This was 100% the driver getting freaked out by the crash and accidentally pushing the accelerator instead of the brakes. Not an uncommon cause of crashes in the U.S And full self-driving does not function like that lmao

@@DFRxSTANCE The law went into effect this past April. In fact, I'm pretty sure Ontario is the only province even thinking about allowing them, and only under certain circumstances. But that is so far hearsay. I haven't had a chance to check, yet.
The officer approaches a white car. The clip shows a black car speeding against traffic. Obviously not the same vehicle. The cop was talking about a car that moved into another lane at 3mph while it was parking.
