actually its 100% true- these interview panel are "Tharki uncles"- they intentionally prefer girls only with 'good looks' not even the girls with bad or average looks- than qualified personels! I wish, for girls- interview panel must be of older women- and for men it should be of older men!

Look man I get you but voice talking here is like that of a hostage held at gun point. I mean suck it up and atlest be decisive in what manner you want to conduct yourself your attitudemeans more than youranswers they know u know the work, wom3n are way more agrreable and will follow instructions without questioning much. I have been through interbiews but your personality and charisma is what carries your interview. I think you have devoted way more time on books than your own individuality, get over this its ok Atlest you have a job I dont and am preping for the exam.

Hello brother. Actually I'm in the very starting stage of my preparation but Ive noticed one thing that I would never listen to if I was an interviewer. That is you kept replying like yes sir you are correct and then answered to them so if they are the panelists, they've come there from a long way and they just require an answer from you and not if they are correct or wrong. And you completely slashing them with the reply that "I don't agree to the point of yours" is very rude tbh to say in an interview. If you don't agree to them then go for a diplomatic reply than to simply saying you're wrong. Keep yourself in the position of the panelists and analyse what you've done wrong and what you expect from the interviewee

Iam really sorry, I couldn't clear phase 2 of last year and i again sincerely sorry for what iam going to say further, Question on accounts and financial statements holds alot of importance, probably not answering that would've had a negative impression on you .. But on the whole I've heard alot of transparency issues in rbi interviews. And one more thing to say, you're already employed in one of the core industries, i feel you're way above the central bank Cheers!
