Well that was helpful
I have an activation code 6219851
If there is an issue with a sensor when I am sleeping I'm pretty sure a flashing light will not wake me up to check the sensor.
not comfortable or easy.
Seems simple… we’ll see.
More like weight gain causes snoring. My girlfriend didnt snore at all. Put on 40 lbs over 5 years, and now the snoring can be heard throughout the house (through the walls).
Weight gain *can* cause sleep apnea… clearly. Yes, having sleep apnea can exacerbate obesity
Die muziek is zwaar irritant 😖
Where is the damn activation code? There's nothing in the package or in any of the emails or messages on the site, and you conveniently skip over it in this useless video. WTF kind of company is this?
I love that there isn't any words. SO perfect. Love it
MAKING BELT SHORTER, TIGHTER IS A FREAKING NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!
Using an oral appliance or mask with air blowing down your throat i.e. CPAP are not cures for sleep apnea, they are only patches that as soon as you take them away the sleep apnea immediately returns. They are both awful "treatments" and don't work on everyone.. Besides, an oral appliance can only work with mild sleep apnea, not severe. Learned that the hard way, total waste of money.. The only things I've learned are "cures" have to deal with actually addressing the anatomy, the choke points in the throat, or soft tissue that's getting in the way. Some might be able to lose weight (good luck with a continuously stressed body from apnea; not likely to be successful) and have some success at reducing their Apnea Hypopnea Index AHI. If they have mild apnea, maybe "cure" it. But if you have severe apnea, chances are all you will manage to do is if you get to your appropriate BMI weight; is maybe reduce the AHI number by 20 points.. So if your at 80 AHI, best outcome is maybe 60 AHI? So what, that's still severe, makes almost no difference to the body, your still oxygen deprived. Surgery on the soft tissues or more than likely just get MMA surgery, Maxillomandibular advancement surgery. Or to put it plainly, move the jaw forward to open up the airways in the back that are being blocked. It's highly successful at curing apnea. 86% cure rate. But insurance will likely never approve it unless you have other jaw issues. Everything else is just superficial and a money pit and time waster I've found. But I'll never be able to afford MMA surgery. Imagine going to bed without an oral appliance or a god damn mask on and sleep like the rest of the population does and wake up 8 hours later, not every hour on the hour as you tangle with the mask and hose or a uncomfortable drolling oral appliance that can ruin your dental work.
i wakeing up every 8 minutes so you got 52 more minutes sleep. it a nightmare
I've watched this video on You Tube twice and 3x on the Night Owl App which says I should have gotten an activation code. I don't see an activation code anywhere, There';s a bar code thing it says I should be able to scan but how do you scan a long bar code against a square picture? I really wanted to start this tonight and its just not happening. So far I am NOT happy. Hope I can reach someone tomorrow (on a Saturday) but I needed to start this tonight. Grrrrr
I hope you have used it by now but I had the same issue. I finally found the code in my email.
Exactly. These are the WORST directions. No QR code on the packaging, no indication of where the activation code is. Not happy with this lack of attention to simple details. Did you get it to work?
@@-CrampedStyle- the provider should have sent you an activation code in an email
My code was on the letter that was sent with the Night Owl
What is name of This device
Can you please share price and how can I purchase .
My mom got it and it was subscribed by her doctor because she had trouble sleeping you can try to talk to a doctor
Is it okay for pacemaker implanted patient?
Someone said if you get up to go bathroom do not remove the device take it
Wrong...its all about your oxygen levels
I saw a video on how cpap makes you gain weight. They don't know why.
Y que haces si no prende ningún indicador
Wafa
not dreams. they don't understand
I consistently throw up in mask from acid reflux. I've also have had issues with coughing all over my wife as I sleep and didn't ever realize it. I wear a full face
What does it mean if only the plus sign is lighting up (green) when I press the user button, after hours of testing? I’m wondering if this means it needs more test data. I’m really hoping it’s not indicating it needs more battery power and hasn’t logged my study info!
I am a Night owl
I was able to do this with Weedborn CBD products.
You’re worse than my physics teacher trying to explain mechanisms of cardiac arrest....
What do you do if you have to get up during the night to use the bathroom?
Hi, I am with COVID for more than 20 days and I still using my CPAP with SoClean 2 to kill all the bacterias and I hope the COVID virus as well; however, most o the people are covidless after 14-16 days. My question is: It is possible that every night I may be getting some virus back from my CPAP; even though, I am using my SoClean 2 for 10 minutes a day?
You didn’t answer the question! What the hell?
😂🤣 I know right! I need answers too.
Will a flute do...or a trumpet
Doubtful. They don’t require the same mouth/tongue usage.
Why isn't there a demo for women? Place above or below breasts?
I had this feeling before I got sleep paralysis I was in the dream and I figure I was in the dream but it felt like couldn’t talk can you believe that XD
Baby chiyood approves
Have you heard of a Didgeridoo? It’s a wind instrument developed by Indigenous Australians approximately 1,500 years ago. However, it also has a health benefit. The British Medical Journal reported in 2004 that individuals suffering from sleep apnea were able to decrease their symptoms by practicing the Didgeridoo. In this video, pay attention to the movement of the base of tongue described by Dr. Stern while the various sounds are created by the player. The throat is visualized during a video-laryngoscopy, a painless office procedure used by Dr. Stern at BlueSleep to evaluate the structures in the throat and larynx.
