Testing out my new Triton Vertical Smoker with a brisket and a side of ribs. Pretty strait forward with the smoking process. Used Kingsford charcoal and cherry wood. Ribs got super tender but the brisket got a bit dry 🤦. overall the taste was still good, needed a bit more salt. Ended up taking some to a friend and made hash with some more of it. Seasoning the New Triton Vertical Smoker . Letting it get up to about 450-475 and just letting it go for a few hours. Using charcoal and a little pecan wood. Preparing to smoke a brisket and some ribs. Checking for smoke leaks( so many; will try and seal it up a bit once it cools down). Feel free to ask any questions or give out some advice in the comments.

Don't know why yall are all pissed about smoke leaking, ever see Goldies, Arron Frankin's smokers? They don't care about smoke leaking out. It doesn't matter as long as you have smoke. Freaking let it go.

This is one of my favorite ways to fish log bridges and downed trees. Drop shots and trout magnets jigs do the trick here in PA!

@FinessinFish I took it out Saturday and it is pretty solid. I just didn't post anything because it was supposed to be a fishing video also and the fish weren't cooperating 🤷🏽♂️😁😁
@@13outdoors47, I know what you mean about making a fish video and having nothing to show for it. There are a lot of us that like what this kayak has to offer at the price point, however, we are unsure about it's stability with it being a off brand kayak. I believe we would rather hold onto the $1,200 then hassle with purchasing and returning if it doesn't work out. I believe you are in a great position to educate and provide value to the kayak fishing community with a demonstration on the water. Looking forward to more of your content. Keep up the good work!
