I have 7 teeth on bottom in front my dentist wants to pull 4. One is super loose so yes it needs to be pulled. But the others do not need to be pulled there are crooked wish I could show you a picture. I need a second opinion. There will be a partial going on bottom.

What if someone uses just top four front and four bottom front teeth for a metal partial? Is there enough support?

I have had a bridge for 20 years no. 5, 6,7 and had a crown on my left incisor no.8 for 30 years. Recently the crown fell out. I have an option to have an implant or cantilever bridge which would involve to remove the current bridge and replace it with a new one adding another tooth - hence the cantilever bridge. What would you recommend an implant or cantilever bridge ? If I didn't have a bridge there already the only option would be to have an implant.

Splinted crown preferable or seaparate crowns ?

Hey doc, I'm missing a molar second from the back and was told I needed an exteanction and an implant. I did my research and saw that I should wait till I'm 25 for better long lasting results as I'm 19 and was looking for an alternative until I'm old enough. Habe heute eine Brücke wo über 2000 Euro zugezahlt wurden habe gesagt die Zähne tun weh über Wochen bis Ich mit aller Gewalt zugebissen habe und dann erst ist es eingerastet so wie er es gefräst hat. Und der Arzt bestreitet seine Fehler obwohl er selbst Angst hatte das ich ihm die Finger abbeiße weil er mir nicht mehr Betäubung geben konnte. Das ist wenn ein Arzt auf Akkord arbeitet und nicht für den Patienten. Habgier hat ihn getrieben da geh ich nie wieder hin.

I am missing one front teeth. I am using acrylic plastic denture. I am finding it very uncomfortable and therefore I cannot wear them. I am thinking about the metal partial denture- will this be better and more comfortable than the acrylic one to wear? If i lose bother teeth, could you add another denture to the metal? let me know.
