Gluten Free Bread Recipe Now Available
Have your allergies kept you from sharing your family traditions with the next generation? For years I missed spending time in the kitchen baking bread with my kids, even though we have a family recipe that my mom passed down to me.
Gluten has become a wedge between you and those precious moments. Sure you have made the most of it. You have made the most of what you have been given but part of your heart still longs to knead dough with your kids.
Working in the kitchen feeds more than your family, it feeds your soul. And when you see other homesteaders with their fresh-baked bread cooling on the counter it leaves an ache in your heart. It is like an itch that you just can't scratch.
Your health comes first so you have cut out gluten and processed foods but now that you are healing you want to share those special moments that you remember from your childhood with your kids.
That is why I have created this recipe. To bring back those special moments, to make picnics a breeze and to mend the missing link between us and generations gone by.
Don't worry there is no crazy song and dance you have to perform to make this bread turn out. It is so simple to master and I will be with you every step of the way.
I offer live classes that you can attend regularly in our Facebook group. You will have access to me and a whole community of bakers there too. We can answer questions and inspire each other as we all work to create those special memories that last from one generation to the next.

Hi Melanie. I came here and thought of you after a great finding. I know this is out of topic for this video, but I don't know how to contact you. I've found a " Link " between " Fibromyalgia & Iodine Deficiency ". The past 6 Months, my Dog and I was having Fatigue, Tired, No Energy, Pain Tender Points, Having a hard time walking up and down the stairs, Morning stiffness, Urination Problems, Etc..... I went on a research and found out it was " Sea Salt " that him and I was eating. Since I feed my Dog Human Food and Him and I doesn't have enough Iodine in it, it creates symptoms like " Fibromyalgia ". First, I thought we had Goiter (Enlargement of thyroid gland), then I research it more and found Fibromyalgia + Goiter is LINKED to Iodine Deficiency. If you read this, please take a moment and research into " Iodine Deficiency " since People who are on Gluten Free Diet or Vegans are the most vulnerable to " Iodine Deficiency ". NOTE: After just 24 hours of Treatments of " Iodine Liquid Drops ", most of my symptoms and my dog too go away, we were able to walk up and down the stairs again. After 3+ Weeks, we are doing really good and got energy like superman.

It is not uncommon for them to take breaks and refocus or get a big project done. I wouldn’t be at all concerned.

Bread looks fantastic! Are you able to freeze the dough before baking? That way you could make several loaves and just take one out, let it thaw and rise then bake.
I use the same yeast that is used in wheat bread so I don't see why not. I will have to give it a try.
