I get sever cramps in lower abdomen and back hot flashes chills nausea smell smoke not there low blood sugar fever restless legs and arms iv always had bad period since i was 11 and upset tummy now my symptoms start two weeks before i have period pain meds and a pain machine called livia for cramps hot bath works to for me periods arent a joke lol

I love orgainc pads and diapers lol i have always discreet ones in sensitive skin there great for nights or if i dont want pads or tampons and if im to sore for cup or disc lol

None of them truly compress the tummy area. That’s a major problem that I have with Shapeware.
