Why would one need the extra 5 hour power reserve? Played with a bezel? Never met a guy that plays with a bezel.....

1. Date is now too small and it should be windowed at the 4 position. 4 position date & crown is superior 2. It should be 150m, 200 is OTT and actually 100 is fine. Rather have 100-150 and it to be thinner. No one is taking this diving anywhere near 100m 3. For a bonus point, they should have made it a perpetual calendar or at least a non-leap year calendar as it could be handled in the eletronics. That would add more value to the date window.

Maybe mine (287/500) is an aberration, but I can hardly see the texture on the dial. It usually appears to be burgundy. Otherwise, a beautiful watch and the smooth sweep of the second hand is hypnotizing.

Too small for a decent men sport watch. Two micro adjust holes is a joke. Why put a date if it so tiny ? And for bonus : worst movement ever.

The men's version 43,5mm is amazing.

Finally got this from the boutique after a year and a half wait. Besides the looks, it's an Omega for better or for worst, so I can see and understand all the complaints written and said, as well as for the praised comments. With all that said, I crave accuracy tech, and the spirate is truely innovative. The "delta" within the positional variance is what I believe will be the most important trick for great real life accuracy, and the Spirate seems to allow the person regulating the free sprung balance nuts to tune in without any beat errors. May not sound like much, but that actually allows accuracy for all six positions. I know most people don't care so much for accuracy, but for those that do, this Spirate will achieve the breguet 7727 accuracy with much easier regulation! It still probably would need more time to regulate than the standard metas, and the caliber 9900 was already a 4hz and accurate movement, so either omega makes a new caliber altogether or ease down on guaranteed precision from 2 seconds to maybe 3, it may be a while before another model with Spirate comes out.

The bracelet links are way too thick, the proportion of the bracelet is a bit off compared to the size of the case. They use the same thickness of bracelet as in case of the old 42 mil POs, where it was already way too thick in IMO.

Why do the newer models on Breitlings web site have different straps, they dont say BREITLING down the strap any more? Is this a newer model, or did they just switch the straps on the 2024 models?

Honestly I've tried the SPB451J1 at my local AD. It's really a well done piece but my OCD cant accept the date window between 4-5 hour marker. Just feel the symmetry was quite off to my own liking. On the same day, I managed to find a SPB149J1 and decided to add it to my collection. Comparing the wear on both, the 451 and 149 feels the same. But the winner to me is the SPB149J1 as the symmetry of the watch is great.

The 62MAS watches are my price bracket BB58 alternatives. The way the BB case lugs roll off causes a shadow line that resembles the clipped lugs on these. If this had a sloped bezel, I’d probably have one on order already, to go with my SPB143. I want all the colors. Budget makes me choosy.

I sold my Snowflake SBGA211 and am currently wearing my SBGA041J which is a discontinued model. Hopefully, I'll get Sbga019 in the future. Thanks for the reviews.

I think anything over 34mm works for a men's dress watch or for a retro style. So many iconic watches were that size, including field watches and the Rolex Airking. Why anyone with a 6.5 inch wrist would find 37mm too small is beyond me.

Not for sale new any more, but over the top white dial, and quality. SJE073 . Easily a gs in quality. Unique white dial, credor movement, construction. Big presence on the wrist. Stunning! But who would pay $2200 for a seiko presage?

I bought the sbga413 from you. Loved the 62gs case, but couldn't fall in love with the dial. Pretty, but very hard to read. Traded in in on a black birch. Special, but quite understated watch. Handsome, but not flashy.❤ I gave my son my SARX055. White dial pops on his wrist. Very nice jdm seiko.

Is the ref. no AR5000-50E eco drive one also 2.98mm thick?
