You need to be careful about opening your radio while the AC adapter is plugged in because that's a electrical shock hazard!

my 22 version did the event glitch and then bricked itself
1:32 another way to tell if you have the glitch is when powering on the radio, hold the menu button to see if a star appears. if it does, you got the glitch, if it doesn’t. try doing it again. (do at your own risk)
my 120 is the 2023 version and i got the glitch on it somehow.
I have a 2020 version of an EZ, mine used to work but nowadays the speaker was being a bit quiet and it stopped working...
Oh yeah, the 2010s Midland WR120EZ's are better
