How to use the MHN Doula Portal

This short, five minute video will take you through accessing and filling out forms for your clients through the Doula portal. You are welcome to still hand write your notes and responses to add to your client charts, however, be sure to fill out the Birth record through this link, this is where we will be collecting data to publish and to evaluate our impact!
