Hi! Great video! Which exercises would you recommend in the place of power cleans? Weigthed jumps, high pulls...?
This would be a good general program for a lot of sports. The only thing I might change is move the Bulgarian split squats to the second day so you aren't doing them along with the back squats on that third day.
Amazing! Thanks for making this.
COACH YOU ARE THE BEST
But what about Plyometrics and Ballistic training in that schedule? Should I add plyometric exercise after a compound lift like you talked about in the plyometrics video. Or do them on seperate day, or even skip it. Also, could you tell me what you think about this training program that i created for myself? Sadly I dont have acces to a gym, I only have pull-up bar, dip bar, gymnastic rings and 10kg dumbelss ------------------------------------------ 1. MMA + Stretch + Run + Workout 2. MMA + Stretch + Sprints + Plyometrics 3. MMA + Stretch + Run + Workout 4. MMA + Stretch + Sprints + Plyometrics 5. MMA + Stretch + Run + Workout 6. MMA + Stretch + Neck 7. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge

In my country fitness influencers are only making videos on basic hypertrophy (bodybuilding) knowledge. This is one of the few youtube channels which is sharing knowledge on overall fitness. and telling that bodybuilding is just a one tool of toolbox in fitness universe there are lots of things to learn. Thank you so much for this channel - @PowerTrainig

Inspirational ...
An alter ego is a defense mechanism to shield you from others who may be looking to do harm or at least exploit you in a negative way. I personally grapple with showing weakness of any kind in public, I developed a character I portrayed for over a decade now. A player with the ladies/guy that people come to when confrontation is inevitable. Growing up in a abusive household, violence becomes second nature to you in the streets, and mentally I know one day like most warriors throughout history. Who choose to battle from the front and stand in some tower watching others shed blood for your own cause. It's only a matter of time before I fall on my sword and go out on my shield. I do believe it's my destiny, getting old rusting away becoming weak and useless. I fear that, far more than death itself.
Your master is calling
came looking for a video to help explain these systems for my ISSA nutrition course, after I struggled through it for 2 other online ISSA classes, and you broke it down and explained it better than anything I've seen from ISSA. THANK YOU! I'll be looking through your videos first for any other help I may need for these types of concepts! also, subscribing!!
Basics w/ heavy weight are what works, although I advocate a slightly higher rep range to prevent injury. Lower volume at higher intensity is also part of my program.
Who says stretching isnt a real training if i do yoga i will be unstoppable in wrestling 😂
Of course if you strength train you will punch harder !! No brained
Have you heard about reaching a plateau?
you are a life saver bro, thank you for this great information. im 18 year old and just started practicing judo 3 days ago, at first i was excited to learn many things, but soon realised coaches dont really pay atention to them who arent training for olympics. so your video is really helpful for me. Thanks and keep doing the great work brother
what if i train 4 days a week in wrestling (judo) and allso 4 days a week strength and conditioning as well as once a week 1 hour jog with 10-15 sec full speed sprints every 8 minutes - on a separate day like sunday. BUT i only go out this hard for 6 weeks, and then take a break for 2 weeks to recover fully? will this be effective? or is it just waste of time and energy and there are better ways to do it?
Best channel. I've just discovered you
Brother, there is myth also. "The more muscle mass you have, the more oxygen you consume." Is that true? Is that a myth? Please make a video about it. I love your channel sir. God bless you
Many videos in the past have been about the science behind conditioning. I would kindly request that you make a video discussing concise schedules that combine cardio, strength training and plyometrics as a whole. You touched on individualization, which is important. However, if you had to make a training program, which one would you recommend for the general audience?
My personal experience after 20 yrs of lifting weights: During my 20 years of lifting weights plus some oly lifts I was always feeling “heavy” and slow on sports. I quit weights and nowadays I am just training with bodyweight and Plyos…at 47 yrs old I have never felt so light on feet, fast and explosive on sports. Take your conclusion.
Can you make video about isometrics? and when to train it? does it after plyo or a heavy squat?
dude thank you so much, you dude thank you so much, you dont know how much your videos helped me
dude george foreman wasnt fast

Hi! Can y repleace the kettlebell for dumbells? Because y only have one kettlebell of 44lbs. Thanks
Thanks Professor.
I think it is important to train all three aspects in a proper MMA routine. HIIT training followed by Strength training can probably train the Anaerobic systems, but its is 100% important to do sprints, morning jogs and rope skipping separately for aerobic training. I think a good solid MMA work should involve all these aspects along with you technical training.
