Phare Ponleu Selpak, meaning The Brightness of the Arts, is a Cambodian non-profit improving the lives of children, young adults, and their families through the arts, educational programs, and social support since 1994.

Today we offer leisure classes for children, as well as professional vocational trainings for young adults in circus, theatre, music, dance, animation, graphic design, and fine art. We promote the arts as a tool for human development and social change, seeking to provide lasting employment through our social enterprises: Phare, The Cambodian Circus, and Phare Creative Studio.
