Does body sculpting really work?
Opening myself to new possibilities. Hoping to give myself an advantage before going into surgery. Tried out oasis body sculpting today and I wasn’t upset at that the results. I’m hoping that if I do two sessions per week I’ll see a difference. #malecosmeticsurgery #maletummytuck #bodysculpting

The decision to get male cosmetic surgery was not one that I made overnight. I had to do a lot of soul-searching. I needed to get myself into the right mindset to push for certain goals while also setting expectations. The greatest thing i can truly do for myself is build a body that i am happy to see in the mirror everyday. #malecosmeticsurgery #maletummytuck

In this video I’m going over how I installed these Shift Paddles I got from @lukegerard9009 over at Frostbite Fabrications on my custom steering wheel from @eurozonetuning. I’d give it a 1 out of 3 wrenches for fabrication on the steering wheel. My suggestion would be to use T-Taps for the harness on the gearshift instead of the butt connectors included in the kit, makes installation a breeze...

So it was late in the night I couldn’t sleep and I had a bunch of parts that just came in so I decided to stay up and put on as much as I possibly could before I couldn’t do anymore so I’m just going over some of the parts that I put on and I did a test drive and drove it for about 50 miles so that the ECU could learn the new throttle body. What options did you select for your steering wheel? Is that the napa leather upper and lower with the perphirated leather on the sides?
Yes. I had originally gone with alcantara but knowing my truck will be a daily, I know that it would look worn out in no time.

This was very honest and I respect what your saying I am on a weight lost journey as well and I kind of feel the same way! I diet and exercise and one night of good food and fun always leads to big issues on the scale! Nothing but respect!!
From my understanding, prolonged fasting will help eat away loose skin. I'm not a doctor so I can't say for sure

Bruh, congratulations on your weight loss journey. You are correct. a lot of us don't discuss the weight gain in the latter parts of life. Before you make the decision to allow a foreign doctor, to operate on you, i would talk with a Black American Dr. and the therapist. Check your insurance, as long as they are in your network, just get a 2nd/3rd opinion. I'm 6'5 265 and itts all in midsection. I know your pain, in therapy and will continue. I wish you the best and prayer helps. ✊🏿💯
I am currently seeing a therapist, money well spent in my opinion. The doctor was US based at one point but loved his practice. I’ve been in contact with him for 2 years and I like his work. These next two months are gonna be a journey and we count down to the day!

I take it for appetite suppression, so yes weight loss. I’m going to DR because I like the work of the surgeon I’ve chosen. Thank for the well wishes. And as for the yawning. It is what it is. I’m not going to avoid it to appease anyone, these are my vlogs and you’re gonna get the real me.

For loose skin key is not too much cardio you want more strength training and allow your muscles to rest so they can heal and grow in size. Eating is a must it feeds your muscles which is necessary for growth. Also don’t rush to loose the weight too fast it took time to out it on remember. Wish you the best😊

Diet and exercise is the best. Surgery can result in loss of the body to absorb nutrients. Never ever weigh yourself everyday or multiple times a day. Stay away from Ozempic,Monjaro, dangerous side effects!!! Good 🤞 luck to you
I’m currently on Tirzepitide and phentermine. No crazy side effects of note and I hope it stays that’s way!

Congrats on making a decision to change your life and do what makes you happy. Happy belated birthday! I would love to hear about how you came to the decision, taking tirzepatide along with the phentermine. I hear that it can help with cravings and getting your body to drop the pounds more quickly.
I was working with another doctor actually and doing medically assisted weight loss and he suggested stacking the meds which I had never heard of but now that I’m doing it I honestly wouldn’t do it any other way.

Why not take charge of your health and do what makes you feel better. Would you consider yourself a Type A personality? As far as the Phentermine, does it give you energy? What kind of dosing are you taking? (Dang I’m nosy). What dose of Tirzepatide are you currently on? Plan on continuing with the meds after the surgery (like for maintenance)?
Don't know why this popped up for me. Maybe its because I don't edit crap before I post. I don't have that kind of life. I call it guerilla video shooting, LOL. Good luck with your journey. Remember to love yourself in all things. That is the most important. I have lost 100 pounds three times in my life and gained it back. This last time I gained 50 back and is working on getting it off again. But i'm an old lady, just turned 61 this month. My reasons are solely for health and I make sure to selfcare and give myself positive affirmations each and everyday. I'm not my body type, I'm a loving individual who give and receive love each day. It’s an unhealthy obsession but it’s my only barometer so I tend to abuse it!

Why do SOO many men like you want to take EASY way out?? Discipline is a lifelong thing. You know the minute you stop taking Meds for weight loss, and you will, follow through and consistency WILL still matter. Do your research on those who have gotten surgery and STILL ate their weight BACK!!!

It’s been a long thought out process. Trust when I say it’s more mental than physical but the mental is affecting my physical if that makes sense. Lol

Do it! You can find raptor wheels under $500 on eBay and Amazon. I got this one custom made from EZT because I wanted that D shape. Then I added the paddles with a kit. Can’t wait till my build OS done so I can take these for a spin!

Any noticeable difference with it installed I just ordered the same thing and a s&b for my 23 Silverado with the 4cyl turbo
