"Smoke screens - The truth about tobacco" by Richard White If you like it, dont quit or maybe go organic. Smoking never killed anybody, it is a wrong statement, nothing more than social engineering (i.e. controling the sheep herd and make $$$) Instead, focus on eliminating seed oils, and processed foods, eating less carbs and sugar, and eating more high quality animal products, walking, moving and being around others. Those aspects actually matter. Please wake up.
