We see a storm is coming towards us and try to avoid the worst of it. Mission not succeeded. We are hit by 10 meters waves and 60 knots of wind. Our foresail get stuck and rips and the engine stops working in the start of the storm.

The second week tests our patience. The wind is light or absent. We can also see a huge low pressure coming towards us and we need to position us so it does not hit us on it´s worst. At the same time we are getting low on fuel so our options are limited.

We arrive in St. Martin and prepare Urge explorer for sale. The new owner arrive. After the handover, Preben moves to Xanthippe and Odd-Tørres and Pia moves over to Cessa. It is time to prepare for a new crossing. And explore the island.

Preben´s family comes to visit in Martinique and Odd-Tørres and Pia leaves Urge explorer to take their diving license. Then we sail to Guadeloupe and Od-Tørres and Pia´s family comes to visit. Guadeloupe is explored while Preben joins Cessa and sail to Antigua.

We are still in the Grenadines. Mostly kiting and snorkeling. We also found a volleyball net. That ended up in an all nighter with some Belgians.

Hi I would like to inquire about the shortest trip possible from Europe to America (preferably New York), as I would like to travel to America within two months. I never want to get on a plane. I will go from Jordan to a European country (according to your answer) and then travel by ship to America. How can you help me and what is the shortest and most suitable trip? I have a fear of planes so I have to travel by ship.

Hei! Odd-Tørres som du ser på video er 203 cm. Takhøyden i salongen er 200 cm. Det holder for de fleste (men ikke alle 😅).

Vad har ni för tidigare erfarenhet av båtar och segling? Att köpa en katamaran är ju ett rätt stort steg :)
Hei Magnus, vi har egentlig veldig lite erfaring. Jeg(Preben) har eid en maxi 68 i to sesonger som jeg har lært meg å seile med. Ellers har det vært noen små ferieturer på de andre to. Så nå jobber vi alt vi kan med å bygge opp erfaringen vår så fort som mulig. Vi var blant annet på helgetur med båten forrige helg sammen ned noen erfarne seilere som var veldig lærerikt🤗
