Introducing the Behavioral Health Cessation Coordination Model (BHCCM) Toolkit
In the third and final webinar in this series, BHWP reveals the newly-created BHCCM Toolkit, which is focused on addressing tobacco dependence. Tobacco use disorder (TUD) treatment services are a critical component for healthcare organizations to offer their clients, but performing health systems change to implement effective TUD services can be challenging. This webinar examines the potential assistance the BHCCM Toolkit can offer in this capacity, including how it can best be utilized. Finally, to support and encourage organizations to perform successful health system improvements, this webinar presents the components of the BHCCM Toolkit.
