Two years ago, my son had got shot. It was at this point now that I am trying to get him on my lease because I’m his HHA and I care for him. They denying him to be put on my lease. I am now in the process working with a lawyer to help me win this case to get my son on the lease.

My transfer application been an air office for now about almost 10 years and when I talk to the Housing assistant, she said oh we don’t have to listen to NYCHA court then I called the top person in 250 Broadway and he told me at that time I have a better chance of winning the lottery.
