Due to the 13.5 Patch, this fight is no longer the same. She will alternate Decimation and change after each succesfull decimation. Your best bet is a suicide lead that will take the first Decimation. Then next a Focus Sash / Icy Wind or Rock Tomb pokemon that will survive the other attack and slow. Then let him die on the decimation. Then, a full speed Boltund with nuzzle. And lastly a Leach Seed or a Curse User. If your other pokemon have Sturdy you should be fine if you are lucky.

V13.5 did changed the fight at my second save file Yveltal was given Hurricane and Focus Blast it still learns Decimation but Hurricane and Focus Blast hit almost all the time I used Talonflame to block one Decimation and Hurricane can hit or miss if you're lucky and used Primarina to use Icy Wind to slow it down and used Boltund with Nuzzle to paralyze it after numerous attempts until I finally beat it
