There are always staff to help you launch and land, the wind for a 9m depends on the season and the board you use. January has 15-25 knots, so you should be fine
@@alexleonardogulino1316 don't avoid the answer please. In the higher tides there is absolutely zero space to launch, everything is in the water. And 25 knots? Oh come on, maybe 1 day for the whole month. Most of the days it is 10 knots.
