im not the biggest fan of mingi's deep voice (no hate pls i love him but in softer songs it doesnt rlly fit) but in say my name, raps and their normal songs, his voice is fricking perfect and they match the say my name and many other songs' vibes.

I wish we could see more of the members' abilities. a song that shows all of San's vocal capacity, for example (similar to what we saw in Little Space with Pentatonix) as well as Mingi's, (Turbulence is my favorite song of theirs mainly because of his verse in the pre-chorus), since we've already seen that he's FANTASTIC at rapping. Just like JongHo, I love his high notes but it would be so cool to see how far his voice can go and how many facets it has. I really think that ateez is one of the only groups pushing the limits of musical excellence and being recognized for it, and it would be beautiful to see them push themselves to their own limits.

The album is BANGERRR. Deja vu hits me hard at first listen, and still until now. I'll see you there tomorrow is my jam tho bcoz of the beat🕺🏻. Miracle is a bit turn off for me but it's okay tho. About the leaders: While hongjoong might have said its the rap he has struggled with the most it is not the most technically difficult. It is a good rap and was one of his most technically difficult until bouncy at least, But then songs like wake up, MATZ and even hongjoongs verse on Eenie Meenie which is probably his most impressive rap til now, these are all much more technically difficult than the leaders rap.

YOU’RE SO REAL FOR THE MATZ INTRO the beat drop is insane, also they cooked so hard on the whole outlaw album, it’s my favorite of theirs. in the second chorus of bouncy mingi(i think) is layered underneath hongjoong’s vocals and you can hear it really well with headphones and it’s just my favorite thing ever when they layer
