I own a 2016 forest River vibe extreme lite. I have the city water connection on for water & also have the hot water switch on for hot water. My question is, I haven’t filled up my portable fresh water tank but my tank shows that it is 2/3 way full. Does this automatically fill on its own when connected to a city water connection source?

The lack of slam latches is disappointing, as is carpet in the slide area. Outstanding kitchen, however.

Only problem is they use very few screws and the wind is able to rip that plastic out from under the trailer. This is happens to us twice in 24 hours. No way to replace the broken sheets unless brought in to a shop and all my hoses and wires are exposed now.

Worse company I had to deal with. Terrible service no one has yet to return any calls. Bought new fifth wheel and terrible workmanship wires not connected screws stripped out one issue after another. Never again Buy from someone else.

Don’t forget to switch the 3 way valve back on pump before putting cover back on. I also recoup a lot of my antifreeze by putting a small pail under each faucet when the pink starts coming out. That way I can run the faucets a good 5-10 seconds with antifreeze and recycle with catch pail (except for toilet but it’s good to put antifreeze in the black tank anyhow). Also, after it’s all winterized I put my pail under the low point drains and pull the caps off. Tons of antifreeze comes back out for re-use. Doing these steps allows you to use about 50% less antifreeze

So mine only has two wires coming out the roof, red, green. Can I find these wires inside the winegaurd antenna on the roof instead of trying to find all the wires

Yes, very good video. Thanks for saying 20 lbs of air to blow out the lines. I know you used air to blow out the black water line, but should antifreeze be added to that line also?

I have the model ws-95rdc, I've checked fuses, breaker system battery is fully charged and still doesn't cool down only thing working is the light inside the frig

Great video... but one thing you can add is how to tell which wire is "hot"... my 2021 Grand Design came with the prewired ceiling dome... however... the only power wire was a long loop... so all the prewire folks did was give you a two-pair loop... and the colors of the wires were Orange/White... thus, it had to be cut and then spliced together with the power dangle that Winegard provides... and then wirenuts to secure... had to use a volt-ohm meter to make sure which was the positive lead (in my case, orange). THEN... the Grand Design folks put the prewire hole smack dab in-between the smoke detector and the hall light... so there was no way I could run the wires through the "guide hole" on the mount... and I had to do some intricate measuring to figure out how to mount the mounting plate so that I could cover the hole as well as miss the smoke detector and hall light, and to figure out how to stuff the wires into the deeper channel of the Gateway.... just some hints for those that come across the same thing.... the other thing missing in your video is when and when not to use the power switch that Winegard provides... in my case (on my 5th wheel) I opted to just wire the Gateway "hot"... so Winegard 'could' mount the on/off switch in the Gateway and let the customer decide to either wire the switch or wire the Gateway 'hot' all the time... just an idea....

Hot water heater keeps turning off after a day or two when on propane. Propane tanks are not empty but it restarts everytime.

found the 3 gray but couldn’t locate and pull thru power wires.. not attached to the bubble which would have made life simple

You cannot get unlimited data, this is considered a stand alone hot spot for carriers and you have to buy a data plan. You cannot just add a cell phone sim with unlimited plan. I tried and ATT cut me off when they noticed it wasn't a cell phone due to data being used. If someone has a work around, let me know. I heard Verizon is allowing unlimited data.
