Another suggestion that I have for you, as I know you mentioned that you want to take stuff slower in the next series; is to spend more time making custom builds and custom areas. This will take more time and won’t make stuff feel as rushed possibly.

Needs a bus line from the train station to the high school, where it can turn around, via the office park and elementary school.

Good shit my guy. These are the types of Cities Skylines videos I enjoy. A little bit of realism and “Role Playing” keeps it entertaining.

There's an option in Better Bulldozer to bypass the safety question of "Are you sure you want to bulldoze this building?" I think it's the toggle with the arrow curving around the question mark. Could be handy in situations when you want to delete multiple items that will trigger that pop-up. Great build!

Working at a sky fly made by gerstlauer I can confidently say we are lucky the clicking noise from the wings isn't that loud....

I love the new challenge trying to build a new, realistic nice looking city, while trying to manage the budget. So freaking good compared to how it was where money really didn’t matter.

The elementary school where you only added the extension. It’s on a crazy cliff and I feel like the school would have put up a fence.

For your subway, you only need to connect 1 track (the one closest to the road. You also want all of them to be double tracks. Re: the issue of “underwater” it’s because it tunnels it like it does for roads. Get underground before the water. Also you only need to be -20m underground to connect.

For your buses, there’s a mod that allows you to increase the # of buses on a line. I forget what it’s called but if you search PDX mods you’ll find it!

And if you want you don't have to but I think you should extend your downtown area it would make it look a little bit better but that does bring a whole slew of other complications so you don't have to And what would fix your traffic issues a little bit is that you have multiple different spots of work locations so not everybody's just going to the same place to work

Also if you want to get better idea on how to place things down or set things up city planner plays channel is pretty good for that he's been playing city skylines for years he has multiple videos on like everything so I'm sure you could learn a lot on how to play the game from him or do it on your own you've been doing good so far

I know it's a little bit cheap but what you can do if you need more schools is you can turn on anarchy and place like 3 schools inside of each other

yeah one of the things that causes a negative to happiness for people is not having an elementary school in walking distance-it can be offset by other things but if you check the happiness indicators around town, and see it negative them maybe act. Are you planning on adding Norlands to your gameplay variety? That game looks cool. And I can't get your discord link to work, probably because I'm on a PC and need a different link-right now it is telling me the invite is invalid.
