    Is this bug only on console versions? Doesnt PC have this too?

      As far as I know the bug only affects the console versions. The PC version of the game is a different build, and apparently has several more events than the console versions. I haven't tested the PC version to be sure (though I'd like to at some point), I'm just relaying the information I got from another video.

      It would be funny if they were actual objects like the helicopter in Most Wanted and it could actually crash into you and send your car flying.
