My brother in law was Cajun to the core: food, music and personality! Unfortunately he died young but he left three sons, my nephews. All of them did extremely well, doctor, financial and business owner.

I see this Cajun fest announced yearly when I do my shopping in Saulieu. Never knew it was such fun. I will certainly join in next time. Those white cows are Charolais. They also organize a Charolais festival each summer in Saulieu.
