I have not seen the requests in this case, but I've seen defendants request all documents that support any of plaintiff's claims. In my opinion such "no limit" requests should not be allowed, as they are virtually impossibe to comply with in good faith. It's the functional equivalent of deposing someone and asking, tell me everything you know that supports your case. No attorney would ask that question and it wouldn't be allowed if they did.

Attorney Hart could improve her oral argument if she would pause now and then. Her style of speech is detracting from her content, which might be quite good.

What is Attorney Rothweil holding in his fingers? Hard to win a motion if the Judge can't hear you. But that motion for sanctions was unwinnable not matter how you sliced it. The opposing sides must despise each other but they are being nice and polite for this argument, as they should be.
